How come?
During my holistic coaching sessions, I realized that for many, inner peace is connected to our business. Many have their hearts in business and business in their hearts.
I have worked supporting entrepreneurship since 2013. For 4 years, I worked with a global startup program at Google, running workshops, business mentoring and trainings for Startups and Mentors in EMEA and the Americas. (More about my experience on LinkedIn)
I want to share what I learned and help you validate or invalidate crucial aspects of your project or company - as well as empower the human aspects that drive it.
How does Mentoring work?
The process lasts between 3 to 6 sessions of 2 hours each. Sessions combine conversation with performance. In the sessions we will see key aspects of your business, such as:

The Soul of the Business (You and or your team)
My approach is more that of a coach than that of a consultant: I will guide you so that you learn about the process instead of giving you the answers because the idea is that after those sessions you will not need me again ( "... Teach a person to fish and you feed them for a lifetime")

This program is designed mainly for independent entrepreneurs, startup teams, owners and leaders in SMEs. It is also for people who are just thinking about starting a business and want to validate their ideas.
