My work is about helping people find their way 'back home' by connecting with your center and finding mental, emotional, and physical balance. My tools are both modern-scientific and traditional-intuitive practices. All based on the breath as the core instrument.
The breath is central in Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Breathwork, and Energy healing.
My mission is to share the practices that I learned for my personal balance and spiritual growth. I teach or guide Healing Breathwork, Meditations, Yoga Asanas & Pranayama, and other methods. I love facilitating and incorporating the social and group energy elements to enhance the experience.
If you need to go deeper I am here to hold your hand and help you help yourself. I do personal healing sessions as well as personal Yoga and Meditation coaching. I am known for my ability to create a safe and intimate space of guidance. I believe that you have all the answers within you, I only help by pointing things out.
Corporate Mental Fitness
Help your team relieve the strain of isolation through an online social experience. I have designed programs, workshops, and talks to help with physical and mental stress. I work with a science-based approach I learned with Google.
Many traditions advise disconnecting from society for periods of time, to fully concentrate on our personal growth or practice. It is a good idea to take a step back and go far, to go within, and gain perspective. I have created retreats to share my yoga and meditation learning experiences in India and Asia
