This kind of Breathwork helps us clear out stuck energy, free up emotions and enter into an expanded state of consciousness. We might laugh, cry, sweat, have a mystical experience, or all the above. In the end, we always feel lighter.

This healing modality benefits anyone, especially those experiencing stress and anxiety. It is also beneficial if you have trouble sleeping, or are experiencing a lack of clarity or purpose.

This Breathwork is like its (Holotropic, Shamanic, Psychedelic, etc). We practice lying down. There will be evocative music, smudging, aromatherapy scents, verbal instructions, and healing sounds.

WHAT TO BRING - please read

Bring extra warm & comfortable clothes: Socks, scarf, light blanket etc. A regular blanket will be provided. Bring a water bottle and an eye pillow or eye mask.

DOS & DONTS - please read

Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs. If you are microdosing, Breathwork is likely to enhance the effects. Please avoid practice if you are in the late stages of pregnancy, and suffer from psychosis or epilepsy. I suggest slow breathing and yoga Nidra instead if that's the case.
