Dancing is a form of dynamic or movement meditation. We can dance and move the energy until we enter that embodied state of consciousness. No speaking, no drinking. Only that juicy and sweaty dancing.

The first 30-45 mins (depending on the vibe of the group) will be offered as a  guided class (stretching, breathing, dance games, and warm-ups from different disciplines). The rest will be a free-flow dance jam. The movement and music selection are inspired by the 5 Rhythms,  Ectatic dance, and similar forms of conscious dancing.
