We will practice easy yet effective Yoga Pranayama breathing techniques to
help stimulate and strengthen our immune system.
When we are stressed, the immune system stops working. But 10 minutes of slow Yogic breathing can eliminate the stress hormones from our body.
80% of our Immune system resides in the gut. Yogic breathing techniques help stimulate gut health by massaging the abdomen through belly breathing.
Fast breathing can also help liberate toxins from the system by the rapid exchange of oxygen and CO2. Breathing practices also increase our body awareness, presence and deeply relax our body and mind.
