About the Event
A teacher once told me that meditating is like eating rice, that we have to cook it first. Trying to meditate without "cooking it first" is like trying to eat raw rice straight out of the bag.
I will share a few tips and tricks to calm the mind before meditation. Also, I will show alternative forms of meditation that help when it's extra hard to slow the mind down.
This class will be an open space to share what is working or not working out for you when practicing. All levels welcome!
We will end with a 15 min guided meditation.
