About the Event

"Dearly beloved, We are gathered here today, To get through this thing called life" Prince,  Let's go crazy 

My intention with this SUNDAY BREATHWORK GATHERING is to create a community space to move and clear energy and emotions together. A space for holy communion with ourselves. Breathwork, ultimately, is a practice to clear the energy to receive a higher or divine consciousness.  A consciousness that is more present, and clear of traps, from the ego or the world outside. 

We will practice lying on the floor, on a yoga mat. After Active Breathing, we rest in stillness and access the peace, release, clarity, or relaxation that we need at that moment. The practice is accompanied by carefully selected and lovingly evocative music.

There are early bird tickets and full-price tickets and multi-session passes or packs.  

How to prep:

Be on time, check that Zoom works etc. You can practice on your bed or a yoga mat. Be hydrated. Avoid big meals, alcohol, or recreational substances before the practice. Have your water, a blanket, and an eye cover with you. Consider having an set intention for the practice : ) 


Avoid the practice if you are in the last 3 months of pregnancy or if you have glaucoma or aneurysms. Check with your doctor if you are under a psychiatric treatment that requires medication. If it helps, the breathing pace of breathwork can be that of gentle running or jogging. It is active but gentle, and it is not hyperventilation. If you are micro-dosing, Breathwork might enhance the medicine, please let me know in advance.
