ABOUT
Shamanic Journey is a form of meditation that helps us connect to our inner guides. This practice is also known as the Inner Advisor meditation. The class will introduce the shamanic principles at work, we will combine active breathing, relaxation, and guided visualization to welcome your guides.
Your guides can appear as archetypes like totem spirit animals and angelic beings. They can also be fictional or real-life characters like historical figures, ancestors, or other aspects of ourselves. The session will include scents, sounds, and some drumming. This is a beginner-friendly session. I will offer an optional Rapeh service at the start of the practice to ground and connect.
