The event is more intimate with Pre-booking only. No walk-ins please : ) Only 4 spaces max are available per session. The session runs with a minimum of 2 participants and the exchange is 30 EUR. We breathe to harmonize our energy, clarify our thoughts and free our hearts from negative emotions. Breathwork is really energy work that uses the breath to enter an expanded state of consciousness.

This session is different from the Breathwork on Tuesdays or Sundays in that it focuses on Entity Release and in that it's more personalized. It allows 3 to 4 people max.  This session may be quite deep, and it is ideal for trauma release.

We draw on archetypes like our spirit animal guides, the angelic realm, and our inner masters. Shamanic Breathwork Journey uses healing instruments like the drum, singing bowl, chants, healing feathers, palo santo, and other ceremonial elements.

WHAT TO BRING, HOW TO PREP, ETC.

Please Bring comfortable and warm clothes, tissues, an eye pillow and a water bottle. Please come sober and don't eat 1 hour before. aim to have a tranquil hour following the session.

Avoid this session if you suffer from schizophrenia, or seizures or are in the last 3 months of pregnancy. Do come if you are dealing with depression or anxiety.

WHO WE ARE

SCHOOL OF PRANA offers Yoga and Breathwork practices that help us connect with our inner peace, and joy in the present moment. Prana is sanskrit for life force or energy. Asanas, Pranayamas, and Healing Breathwork help us move stuck energy and give us that mystical connection.

Your teacher is Rio Otoya. Rio’s approach integrates his training in traditional Yoga from India, science-based mindfulness from London, and shamanic training with Ayahuasca from Peru.
