About the Event
A teacher once told me that meditating is like eating rice, that we have to cook it first.
Sitting down and trying to meditate without "cooking it first" is like trying to eat raw rice straight out of the bag.
I will share a a few tips and tricks to calm the mind before meditation. Also, he will show a couple of alternative forms of meditating for those days when it's extra hard to slow the mind down.
This class will also be an open space for begginer and intermediate meditatiors to share what is working or not working for them when practicing. We can help eachother : )
We will end with a 15 min guided meditation.
