HEALING BREATHWORK JOURNEY

Breathwork helps us clear stuck emotions and enter into an expanded state of consciousness. This Breathwork is of the same family as Holotropic, Shamanic, Rebirthing, etc. . In that sense, this is a psychedelic journey or experience.

It is a trauma-release practice. It benefits anyone, especially those dealing with stress, anxiety, sleeping issues, or PTSD. We practice lying down, with evocative music, scents, verbal instructions, and healing instruments. The sessions last 90 minutes.

It's intense at the beginning and feels like floating in a dream state at the end

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring a water bottle, comfortable warm clothes, and an eye cover. Consider bringing an extra t-shirt as sometimes people end up drenched after breathing. You dont need to present a printed ticket - just howing the confirmation email is fine : ) 

DOS & DONTS

Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs and lower your caffeine intake that day. If you are microdosing, Breathwork may enhance the effects. Do not practice if you are in the late stages of pregnancy, suffer from epilepsy or if you are under psychiatric treatment for conditions like psychosis. Slow breathing would be recommended instead.
