Healing Breathwork helps us release stuck energy and trapped emotions. We breathe to access an expanded state of consciousness. In the end, we come out feeling lighter and more connected with ourselves.
Healing Breathwork benefits anyone who seeks more inner clarity, peace, or groundedness. This Breathwork is practiced lying down, similar to Holotropic or Rebirthing. We use evocative music, scents, verbal guidance, and healing sounds.
The sessions last 90 minutes and include a segment for sharing or questions.
