Healing Breathwork for Energy Clearing.

Pranayama Healing Breathwork helps fire you up and access a higher level of consciousness. Breathwork helps our senses and body connections feel more awake and alive.

Prana means life-force, and Ayama means expansion. Breathwork expands and moves life-force through the body, clearing stuck energy and emotions.

The effects during the practice may vary from person to person and from session to session. Expect a greater sense of calmness, centredness, and groundedness.

How to prep:

We will practice lying down on the floor, yoga mat, or bed. Please have a blanket handy (you will need it!), a pillow, and water. Optional: eye cover. Please be well hydrated and avoid alcohol or recreational drugs before the practice.
