Healing Breathwork is a modality that helps us clear stuck energy or trapped emotions so that we can access our higher consciousness. This healing modality helps people get out of their heads and into their bodies, which carries intuition and all life experience. 

I have learned that the main skill of facilitating Healing Breathwork is to learn how to get out of the way and be guided by the Holy Spirit, God, Universal Life Force Energy, Prana, or The Divine. The course will offer some theoretical aspects but it will favor practice. This is not scientific training on the physiognomy of the breath.

Here are some of the aspects that we will cover:

⭐ Shamanic Principles and other useful ideas about Healing work.

⭐ The basic physical & energy aspects of Prananaya and Breathwork.

⭐ Holding Space: Intuition Development, Energy Boundaries, and Presence.

⭐ How to guide the practice including the Stages of a Breathwork Session, prompts, and “protocols” for different situations.

⭐ Hands-on practice, including giving, receiving, and witnessing sessions.

⭐ Group discussion, Q&A's and a whatsapp group post-training. 

⭐ Follow-up call to clarify anything from your practice sessions post-training.

• ⭐ We will run the course with a maximum of 10 students.
• ⭐ The program fee is 750 EUR per person with and early bird offering until mid August. 
• ⭐ The "early bird offering" is  700 EUR
