Healing Breathwork is a modality that helps us clear stuck energy or trapped emotions so that we can access our higher consciousness. This healing modality helps people get out of their heads and into their bodies, which carries intuition and all life experience.
This training will empower you to guide Healing Breathwork on a one-to-one basis.
I have learned that the main skill of facilitating Healing Breathwork is to learn how to get out of the way and be guided by the Holy Spirit, God, Universal Life Force Energy, Prana, or The Divine. The course will offer some theoretical aspects but it will favor practice. This is not scientific training on the physiognomy of the breath.
