Dreamwork: The Inner Advisor Meditation (Online)

All answers are inside of us, and all our power comes from within. 

The Inner Advisor Dreamwork meditation is an empowering way to connect with our inner guidance system. It is a practice to develop our intuition and tap into the information within our subconscious mind. 

This is a practice that can help us feel more clear, purposeful, and confident. Dreamwork Meditation can bring into awareness new perspectives that we may not have considered before: sometimes fun, sometimes profound, and sometimes emotional.

The practice involves relaxation, energizing breathing, and guided imagery. We will journey within to meet aspects of ourselves that carry a deeper knowledge - the advisors can appear to us as our Future self, Inner child, or as other characters from our Inner or outer worlds.

Prep:

• You can practice sitting or lying down. Please have a blanket, water, and something to write down any “aha moments” that you may experience.
• You will get a link to the Zoom via email from Eventbrite 60 mins before the event. Please be on time.
