About the Event

Experience a reset of the mind and body. We'll clear stuck energy through the breath and enter an heightened state of consciousness. 

Breathwork helps release trapped tensions that may be physical, mental, or emotional. This practice can make you feel more grounded, develop a greater sense of inner calm, and feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. The practice is guided, performed lying down (on the floor or bed), with some background music.

What to bring: Have a blanket handy and some water. You may want to wear an eye mask to increase your focus on the breath and a small pillow for comfort.

Online Breathwork etiquette & prep: You will get a link to the Zoom meeting space 30minutes before the session. Please be on time.

About Rio Otoya

Rio is a transformational life coach, yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator. He combines modern and traditional practices that come from both scientific research and ancient wisdom. He studies traditional Yoga with Rishi Vishwas Mandlik since 2011, studied Breathworks with David Elliot and Erin Telford, and received mindfulness training at Google's gPause and verious Buddist schools.
